Full Speed Ahead!
From the Associated Press' "Today in History" comes this entry for Aug. 5th:
"On Aug. 5, 1864, during the Civil War, Union Admiral David G. Farragut is said to have ordered, 'Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!' as he led his fleet against Mobile Bay, Ala."
So in that spirit, I continued my exercise regimen this morning for the 25th day in a row.
